Staff was pleasant from start to finish. Seated quickly. Served each course timely. The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. The food temperature was just right. The atmosphere was calming. Carrie, our server, was delightful and joyful to have. She was attentive every step of the way. Thanks so much for the great service. Also, our shih poo was welcome and seated with us in the indoor patio. Very charming. Thank you for the great service again. .

The pickles were amazing! Service was still really good but she didn’t check on us as much as we would have liked, especially after we were done eating. Food was delicious and their Ranch is absolutely amazing

Great place to stop in for a local brew and a bite to eat. We. both enjoyed our food - the Reuben Sandwich and the Shepherds Pie. My husband particularly liked the Cedric's Ale, while I enjoyed a seasonal Fig Old Fashioned. It is nice to walk though the area in the evening as it is beautifully lit for the Christmas holiday.

I had the privilege of not only enjoying the good food, but experiencing the cohesive, great team behind the scenes as a gig worker in the kitchen for a day! If it's about people, it's their business. Very professional, personable and creative in being best of service for an international sampling of daily patrons. I can't wait to eat, serve and see that place again! Not to mention the field of sunflowers across the way. Just do it!

We were part of a consumer insights intercept while touring the main house, which gave us a gift card for our time. We decided to use it at Cedric's and both had wonderful meals. We did wait for a while, but it was nice to be in the air conditioning after having walked around for a while. Every time I've visited Cedric's tavern, I've had a wonderful meal. I would definitely recommend stopping her for a meal.

Shari and I had our Lunch at Cedric's Tavern named after their Beloved St Bernard. The restaurant was fabulous! I ordered Ice Water w Lemon & Lime adding my flavored enhancement packet and Shari went w Sweet Tea. She also ordered for the table the pretzel rolls w Dijon infused butter. I went with Homemade Minestrone Soup and she had the absolutely Gorgeous Rueben Sandwich w homemade chips! Everything including the service was impeccable! Definitely recommend!

Cute spot with great food. We waited around 40 minutes to be seated, but service was fast once inside. The fish and chips were fresh and delicious. Our waiter was friendly but forgot our appetizer, and the manager corrected the issue quickly. Overall, a good experience.

We have been annual pass holders for two years and generally have at least one meal at Cedric's every time we come. We love it's historic roots and its vintage tavern feel. It's generally maddeningly full, so make reservations if at all possible or you will wait 20 to 40 minutes most days to get in. Not sure how to explain the food other than to say it is mouthwatering when the description is read from the menu and generally photo-perfect in presentation when it comes to your table... but the taste is always just... meh, just ok. My husband and I keep going expecting the next dish will actually be amazing. It is always well cooked, well-plated and satisfying, but never the truly original, flavorously "textured" creation one is expecting from the descriptions in the menu and the glorious sight of it on other tables. I really can't explain it; it defies reason, but it has been true every time we've gone. Less than 1/3 of the way through your dish and you're generally just bored with it. I suspect it's because the elements of the dish that should give the dish it's nuances are chopped rather small, sprinkled sparingly, and/or in such small proportions to the "filler" of the dish (the potatoes, risotto, bread, etc.) that the "filler" is about all that gets attention. Just an opinion. If you can only eat one place while at Biltmore, I'd make it the Stable's Cafe (make reservations). It has "wow-ed " us every. single. time! So good!
